4. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing credits, provided that none of the credits from that purchase have been used.

If any credits from a purchase have been consumed, that purchase is generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

If video generation fails due to a confirmed technical issue, we may restore the deducted credits or provide another appropriate remedy.
